This website is operated by NITORVA.COM. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NITORVA.COM. NITORVA.COM offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
SECTION 1 - REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may initiate a return within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your product. However, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the product has a defect or quality issue.
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:
- Be in brand-new, unused condition.
- Remain uninstalled and unassembled.
- Contain no missing components.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at wecare@nitorva.com. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Any missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Reports filed after this period will not be eligible for compensation or replacement.

Damages in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos or videos showing the damage to the packaging or product. In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will work with you to ensure resolution, which may include the following:
- Self-repair with compensation.
- Arranging for a local repair technician with compensation.
- Providing a store credit or refund.
- Replacing the product (subject to availability).
The following conditions qualify for a defective return:
- The item is defective, faulty, or malfunctioning.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
- The product is missing parts.
- The product was damaged during delivery.
We recommend inspecting your items within 48 hours of receipt. If you identify an issue, provide the following details to expedite resolution:
- A copy of your order confirmation.
- The item number and quantity of defective items.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect(s).
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be offered within 30 days of receipt. Manufacturer defects identified after this period will be handled under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
SECTION 2 - EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are excluded from returns or exchanges:
- Minor damages: Small scratches (less than 2cm) or other cosmetic imperfections that do not impact functionality.
- Material variations: Slight differences in texture, color, or finish due to the natural properties of materials such as glass, crystal, or metal. These are not considered defects.
- Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Items labeled as "customized," "made to order," or "extra lead time" cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items marked as "clearance" or "final sale" are non-refundable and non-returnable.
SECTION 3 - CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order within 3 days of order confirmation and receive a 90% refund. A restocking fee of 10% of the order value will apply.
Cancellations of made-to-order products or products requiring extra lead time are generally not allowed after 3 days, as production or customization begins immediately. If a cancellation is requested, we reserve the right to charge for actual manufacturing or customization costs incurred.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Nitorva currently ships to the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, and Australia.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 8-25 business days, depending on the destination.
- Bulk or oversized items requiring special handling may take longer.
Delivery partners will contact you before delivery, so ensure your contact information is accurate. Additional fees may apply in the following situations:
- Delivery to upper floors without elevator access.
- Use of special equipment for oversized or heavy items.
If additional charges are required, we may reimburse up to 10% of the order value in store credit upon proof of payment.
SECTION 5 - SPECIAL REQUESTS
We offer the following special services:
- Hold Your Order: Reserve an item and request delayed shipping for up to 1 month.
- Gift Options: Include a handwritten greeting card (available in English only).
- Customization: Certain products allow for customization, such as color or material variations.

SECTION 6 - PACKAGING POLICY
We prioritize eco-friendly and durable packaging to minimize damage during transit:
- Small Items: Recyclable poly mailers or cardboard boxes.
- Medium Items: Recycled cardboard boxes.
- Large or Fragile Items: Reinforced cardboard with wood framing for maximum protection.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Nitorva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total purchase price of the item(s) in question.
